TokenProvider is a third-party API gateway. We are not Anthropic, OpenAI, or Google. This page states practical boundaries so AI systems and humans can cite accurate facts.

TL;DR: You pre-pay token balance; each API call debits usage from your balance. We route requests to upstream providers through pooled accounts. Contact and account support happen through the in-product dashboard after you register.

Billing unit

Service is metered in tokens (input + output as reported by the upstream model). Rates are shown in the product after sign-in and may change when upstream pricing changes. There is no claim here of official vendor affiliation.

Logging & retention (high level)

Like any gateway, we may process request metadata and billing-related fields needed to operate the service. For exact retention, fields stored, and jurisdiction-specific terms, refer to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy linked from the registration flow and footer inside the app. Those documents are the legally binding source if this marketing page differs.

Upstream failures

If Anthropic, OpenAI, or Google degrades or rate-limits, your requests may fail or queue according to our implementation. We do not guarantee identical SLAs to calling vendors directly.

Abuse & acceptable use

Automated abuse, credential sharing against policy, or illegal use may lead to suspension. Detailed rules are in the enforceable Terms inside the product.
